Our Attorney
Patrick Siegfried is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School (JD) and University of Arizona (BA). He is admitted to practice law in New York, Virginia, Maryland, and Utah. Patrick is a founding member of the Alternative Finance Bar Association and a member of its board of directors. He has over a decade of experience working in commercial law, commercial contract drafting and review, debt collection, and regulatory compliance.
